We go the extra mile to bring every dispute to a prompt, satisfactory, and lasting conclusion.
Disputes can be complex, time-consuming, and expensive. We, therefore, seek to resolve disputes before they reach the court or arbitration, through negotiation and mediation.
We are proud of our track record in consistently bringing disputes to satisfactory conclusions, often succeeding where other firms have failed. We believe this to be a consequence of our legal skills and strength, but also our practical business sense.
If a dispute does end up in court or before arbitration, we have an experienced team of determined lawyers prepared to back our clients to the hilt. Whether it be breaking or terminating an agreement, defaulting on a contract, or pursuing reimbursement and compensation claims, we will solve problems with utmost care, advising the clients on strategy and local procedures as well as representing them before court or arbitration.
We have gained a wealth of experience representing clients in almost every industry and sector, giving us the agility to counsel every kind of client, from emerging start-ups in growth industries to established heavyweights in more mature markets.
