The 1st Serbian Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Conference has taken place on Monday June 4 at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade.
Speaking on the first conference panel ‘PPP as an Effective Model for Public Infrastructure Projects’, JPM Senior Partner Jelena Gazivoda, Serbia’s foremost legal expert on public-private partnerships, elaborated on governing legal framework and optimal legal and negotiation strategies aimed at successful implementation of a PPP project in Serbia.
1st Serbian Public Private Partnership Conference was dedicated to infrastructure challenges and how innovations in project delivery, procurement and technology can help address these challenges. The Conference was well attended by leading government officials, developers, contractors and service providers engaged in public-private partnerships with keen interest in further promotion of PPPs, especially in large infrastructure projects.
