In cooperation with AmCham, JPM Janković Popović Mitić held a Briefing Session on Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in Serbia.
Nearly 50 participants attended an interactive presentation. Members of the JPM team, Senior Associate Ivan Milošević and Associate Andrea Cvetanović made an effort to address the most relevant changes that the GDPR will bring.
Our team has emphasised the main issues Serbian companies will have to manage, once the GDPR enters into force. As the GDPR will automatically apply from May 2018 onwards, it is desirable for companies to consider, in a timely manner, both its practical effects and compliance requirements.
