JPM Advises Warrantors on Acquisition of Danube Foods Group

JPM has provided full legal support to warrantors during the acquisition of Danube Foods Group including negotiations on representations and warranties and disclosure exercise.

Mid Europa Partners, announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire a controlling interest in Danube Foods Group BV and Clates Holding BV (“Danube Foods Group”) The Group represents the leading branded FMCG platform in the former Yugoslavia. Its subsidiaries include Imlek and Mlekara Subotica, which on a combined basis represent the largest independent dairy business in the Region; Bambi the leading Serbian confectionery producer; and Knjaz Miloš, the leading Serbian producer of mineral water and other non-alcoholic beverages.
JPM has provided full legal support to warrantors during the transaction including negotiations on representations and warranties and disclosure exercise.
