JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic has advised Pepsico and “Karlovarske mineralne vode” (KMV) from the Czech Republic on its acquisition of Knjaz Miloš the leading producer of mineral water and soft drinks in the countries of former Yugoslavia, from Mid Europa Partners. JPM advised the buyers on the deal, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019 upon issuance of relevant merger approvals.
JPM Jankovic Popovic Mitic acted as the local legal advisor together with Clifford Chance as international legal advisors, Kocian Solc Balastik as Czech legal advisors and Raiffeisen Bank International as exclusive financial advisors.
