Joinder of Parties in Multi-Party Arbitration

With the increasing complexity of modern legal transactions, complex economic structures are now standard in today's business activities, involving a larger number of participants.

Consequently, disputes with more than two parties are becoming more common, especially on the international level.

The ICC International Court of Arbitration has noted this trend, stating that one-third of its cases today involve multiple parties.
