We are pleased to announce that our Associate Janez Vončina was on 6 November 2018 awarded with the title Doctor of Laws at the University of Maribor.
Janez’ doctoral degree is a result of more than four years of research and successful defence of his doctoral dissertation, entitled “Convertible Bonds, Bonds with Stock Purchase Warrant and Conditional Increase of Share Capital.”
