The Serbian Parliament adopted the Law on Financial Collaterals on 8 June 2018, which will become effective as of 1 January 2019.

On 17 December 2018, the Law on Interchange Fees and Special Operating Rules for Card-Based Payment Transactions (the “Law on Interchange Fees”) will enter into force.

On 26 October 2018 the Law on the Amendments and Supplements to the Air Transport Law was adopted and entered into force on 6 November 2018.
